Pricing and Opening Hours

Our typical hourly rate for a weekly house clean is £16.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
Our typical hourly rate for a fortnightly house clean is £17.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

Our typical hourly rate for one-off cleaning or deep cleaning is £15 per hour and £60 upfront costs (minimum 4 hours/£120 total charge)
You can currently benefit from our offer (for regular cleans) of £10.00 off your first clean.
We will not increase our management during your agreement with us.

Fortnightly cleans generally require more effort and time cleaning compared to a weekly clean. Please account for additional bathrooms, en-suites and living spaces that need cleaning.

How do you know if your domestic cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?
We carry out a thorough vetting process which involves obtaining 2 reference, 2 forms of ID, a police check and we visit all cleaners in their own home too.

Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Yes absolutely, we will initially give you details about your cleaner and then your cleaner will come to meet you before the clean.

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes, unless your cleaner is on holiday and poorly and you request a cover cleaner.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
No, a lot of our clients are working during the clean and so the cleaners are used to working alone. You will meet your cleaner first and at this meeting you can discuss and agree access directly with them.
