HOW IT WORKS

We provide a professional tailored cleaning service in Wembley, Edgware, Stanmore, and the surrounding areas, where we will find you the best cleaner to meet your domestic cleaning requirements. We offer a choice of weekly or fortnightly cleans to care for your home when it suits you. We also offer housekeeping, ironing, laundry and bed changing services. 

We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do everything we can to make the process as easy as possible for you. We will book a house visit to discuss your specific cleaning needs, offer advice and support from the start and listen carefully to what you want.

You will get the same regular domestic cleaner for every clean and can meet them before they start to discuss your requirements. All of our domestic cleaners are vetted, referenced and police checked*.  Once you have a household cleaner in place, we will check that everything is meeting your expectations. If not then we will strive to fix it quickly.

PRICING

Weekly cleaning is charged at an overall hourly rate of £18.95 per hour

Fortnightly cleaning is charged at an overall hourly rate of £19.95 per hour

Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer a one-off cleaning service!

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR DOMESTIC CLEANER IS TRUSTWORTHY AND AN EXCELLENT HOUSE CLEANER?

Before a cleaner can commence they must have a clear police check. We obtain two references, one personal and one private. We also interview all applicants in their own homes. 

We complete customer satisfaction surveys every 4 weeks to ensure that the customer is happy with the standard of cleaning and that the cleaner is arriving on the day and time arranged.

No. Lots of our customers have extremely busy schedules and are out when the cleaning takes place.
