About Time For You

Your cleaning is important to us! We are John and Shirley Minnear, and together with our daughter Olivia, we have been running our successful Time For You domestic cleaning business in the Oxfordshire area for 7 years now. We are based in Banbury, but we do cover the Oxford and North Oxfordshire postcodes, as well as the MK18 postcode area in Buckinghamshire.

Regular Domestic Cleaning

First of all you should meet us. We will arrange a meeting with you in your home to assess the amount and frequency of house cleaner you need and to discuss your personal requirements. Charges for our regular home cleans are typically £15.00 per hour.

Our professional, friendly house cleaner service is bespoke to your needs and preferences, and we will do all we can to accommodate them.

You will get the same fully vetted, friendly, reliable domestic cleaner each week, on a day or days to suit you. You will be given the opportunity to meet your housekeeper before they start work for you in order to make sure you are comfortable with our selection from the outset.

All our home cleaners are interviewed in their own home, in order to make sure they can clean their own home properly (We would not ask them to clean our clients’ homes if they could not fulfil this criteria). Their references are thoroughly checked before introduction.

You will also receive Public Liability and Accidental Damage insurance to cover up to £2million. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your domestic cleaner, we will do all we can to find a house cleaner who is right for you. Similarly, if your home cleaner terminates, we will find a replacement home cleaner for you as quickly as possible.

Your housekeeper will use cleaning products and equipment provided by you, which will ensure that your preferred products are used, will keep your costs low and will eliminate cross-contamination (ie when vacuum cleaners are transported from house to house).

How do I start!

We wanted to say a massive heart felt thank you to you for transforming our lives with your very very generous involvement.

I am sitting here on our extremely comfy sofa after cooking a feast of a breakfast for us all in our amazing kitchen and the depressing state we were in seems a million miles away.

We still can't believe how fantastic our kitchen / family room is! What you achieved in such a short space of time is amazing. You helped to deliver our dream home which is way and above our expectations, something we would never have been able to achieve and we can not thank you enough! It is perfect in every way.

The children are in their element and are far happier than they were. Otto has come on leaps and bounds because we have room to let him play on the floor and the time to dedicate to him. Freya calls the kitchen our 'Big Room' and has her own cupboards crammed full of books and toys that she can help herself too. Mike is a different person and loving spending time with us all as a family and I feel like me again!

Your kindness and generosity means so much to us and your involvement was so much more than delivering a building project. The state we were in had not only effected our lives but those of our families too, we are all eternally grateful.

Time For You have been providing me with my wonderful house maid for a period of 1 year.

During this time she did an excellent job maintaining my fortnightly cleaning. On most occasions she conducted the cleaning without me being present.

...Just to say that I am thrilled with Tanzeem's cleaning she does for us. It is great to have extra help in my home. She has had to deal with the chaos of building work for 8 weeks with no access to the kitchen and mess everywhere! She comes in without a fuss each week and at the end of her stint the house is gleaming. Thankfully now the building work is complete and we have a shiny new kitchen . We couldn't do without her!

I have used Time For You on two occasions to provide a one-off cleaning service when I was recovering from illness. Their service is excellent: John, Shirley and Olivia are delightful and very professional, and as for Nadezda, the cleaning lady they sent me - I've quite simply never seen anyone work so hard in my life! Nothing was too much trouble for her. She went out of her way to fit me in at short notice, and my flat was immaculate by the time she had finished. I would recommend Time For You to anyone.

Time For You provided two types of cleaning services for my parents, who at the time were living in Charlbury, Oxfordshire:

1. They arranged a major "spring clean" in March 2009. This involved a comprehensive clean of all the rooms in the house.

2. From July 2009 until May 2010 (when my parents moved), they arranged for a local cleaner to work at my parents' house for two hours a week. Under the contract, Time For You identified a suitable cleaner. My parents paid the cleaner direct for the hours worked. A charge was made by Time For You.

We were completely satisified with both these services. The major "spring clean" was extremely thorough. The team did an excellent job and left everything in its place after the clean. The local cleaner also did a very good job during her weekly visits. She worked hard and was pleasant to deal with. She was reliable, energetic and thorough, and showed great consideration towards my parents.

Time For You maintained a professional and friendly style in their contact with us. It was a pleasure to deal with John and Shirley Minnear and Olivia Fenion. They attached importance to efficiency and getting the job done, and showed courtesy and consideration when dealing with their clients.

We were very happy with the service provided by Time For You. I would certainly turn to them again if we needed further help with cleaning in Oxfordshire.

I can thoroughly recommend Time For You Domestic Cleaning. From the very first enquiry they were business-like, efficient and polite.

They came and assessed my situation and suggested options which correctly addressed the situation, were acceptable, realistic and affordable and gave me confidence that I was probably in good hands.

Their work itself confirmed this fourfold. They cleaned the whole place absolutely beautifully, leaving everything as clean, neat and ‘new-looking’ as a new pin.

I was genuinely thrilled with what they did – and they did it so quietly, without fuss and yet so thoroughly that I’m amazed at how much they achieved in the time.

Every now and then you come across a really genuine service, one you’d be happy to recommend to your friends as offering and then doing exactly what it says on the tin.
