In order to provide you with outstanding professional service and to ensure we only recruit the very best cleaners in your area , all cleaners undergo a comprehensive selection process, which includes an interview in their own home. We also require 2 references, a police check and an opportunity for you to meet with them and discuss your specific cleaning requirements.
Absolutely! As part of our bespoke service we will arrange a convenient time for you to meet with your cleaner, to enable them to become familiar with the surroundings and provide you with the perfect opportunity to discuss your specific cleaning needs and to build a good working relationship.
Will I have the same cleaner each week?
As a professional cleaning service we believe it's essential to provide you with the same cleaner each week. However, should the cleaner become ill or be on annual leave, we will arrange cover thus ensuring you are never left without a sparkling home!
Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
As our professional cleaners are thoroughly vetted to ensure we provide an honest and reliable service, they are more than happy to work when you are out. This is something we can discuss further when you meet your cleaner.
When does the house cleaning happen?
We want you to be in control so we can arrange weekly, fortnightly and deep cleanings to match your needs If you are still unsure we are more than happy to help and advise At time for You - It really is all about you!
Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?
At Time for You, our clients prefer to use their own specific cleaning materials. After all, you know what you like to use in your own home to obtain the best results and we also use your equipment to avoid cross contamination between properties.
I have pets, is this a problem?
When we meet you for the first time, we will discuss all your specific needs to ensure we are providing a bespoke and highly professional service. As part of this process, we would discuss pets to ensure we find the perfect cleaner for you and your pet.
What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
As part of our service, we want you to be confident and happy with your cleaner. If you are not, please contact us directly and we will move quickly to resolve the issue.
Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
We recognise that accidents do happen! If your cleaner accidentally breaks something, please let us know and we will action an insurance claim if required - please note there is £100 excess on all insurance claims.
