HOW IT WORKS

We're here to to provide a professional tailored cleaning service, finding you the best cleaner to meet your requirements. This could be daily, weekly, or fortnightly- whatever works best for you. You can count on the same vetted cleaner each week for cleaning consistency - it's important you get to know your cleaner and they get to know your home

In addition to general cleaning we also offer bed changing, laundry and ironing.

STEP 1

HOME VISIT

Upon receiving your enquiry, we'll reach out to you to understand your individual cleaning needs. We will arrange a home visit to gain a complete understanding of your requirements so that we can tailor our cleaning services to your specific needs. We will provide ongoing advice and support from the start.

STEP 2

FINDING YOUR PERFECT CLEANER

We will match you with one of our experienced domestic house cleaners. Each of our cleaners has undergone a thorough personal check, vetting, and referencing process and has been interviewed in their own home by Lindsey.

You'll have a chance to meet them first to discuss your requirements and get to know each other. You will then have the same regular cleaner who will come at the same time each week/fortnight.

STEP 3

ONGOING CLIENT SUPPORT

Once you have a cleaner in place, you'll be contacted for feedback to ensure that your expectations are being met and that you are completely satisfied.

If your cleaner needs any time off, Lindsey can supply a temporary cover cleaner in their place. Every clean is insured against accidental damage for your peace of mind.

We are here to ensure everything runs smoothly for you and are never more than a phone call away.

PRICING

Weekly cleaning is charged at an overall hourly rate of £16.45 per hour (minimum 2 hours per visit)

Fortnightly cleaning is charged at an overall hourly rate of £17.95 per hour (minimum 3 hours per visit)

We don't offer one-off or end of tenancy cleans.

Need a deep clean to start? If you need more hours for the first clean we will discuss this and arrange with the cleaner.
