OUR SERVICES

We provide a professional tailored cleaning service in Hull and the surrounding areas, where we will find you the best cleaner to meet your domestic cleaning requirements. We offer a choice of regular daily, weekly or fortnightly cleans to care for your home when it suits you. We also offer housekeeping, ironing, laundry and bed changing services. 

We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do everything we can to make the process as easy as possible for you. We will book a house visit to discuss your specific cleaning needs, offer advice and support from the start and listen carefully to what you want.

You will get the same regular domestic cleaner for every clean and can meet them before they start to discuss your requirements. All of our domestic cleaners are vetted, referenced and police checked*.  Once you have a household cleaner in place, we will check that everything is meeting your expectations. If not then we will strive to fix it quickly.

How do you know if your domestic cleaners are trustworthy and excellent house cleaners?
We like to get to know our cleaners personally to ensure you’re introduced to someone who will clean your home with care and professionalism.  All cleaners are vetted in their own home with ID & references checked.  We only introduce cleaners who we’d be happy to have in our own home!

Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Yes. If you’d like to meet your cleaner prior to any work taking place that can be arranged.

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes. You’ll have your own dedicated cleaner, so you’ll always know who’s coming into your home.

What cleaning tasks will the cleaner normally carry out?
You’ll be able to specify the jobs you’d like done to ensure you receive a service tailored to your specific needs. This includes the usual vacuuming, dusting/polishing and cleaning of bathroom and kitchen areas. Cleaners will also clean inside windows, change bedding and many offer ironing in your home too.
