How It Works

Step 1 - Call Us and Discuss Your Needs: We'll have a chat about your cleaning requirements and then arrange a home visit.

Step 2 - Introducing You to Your Dedicated Cleaner: we will match you with one of our experienced domestic house cleaners. Each of our cleaners has undergone a thorough personal check, vetting and referencing process. Your assigned cleaner will then contact you to introduce herself and confirm arrangements for the first clean.

Step 3 - Ongoing Client Support: Your satisfaction is our priority and we will check in to make sure you are happy with the cleaning and for your cleaner to continue as your dedicated cleaner. Ongoing support is available whenever you need us.

We are proud to be different from other cleaning companies. We look for the 'whole package' when sourcing domestic cleaners to introduce to our clients. Our cleaners must demonstrate excellent standards of reliability and of cleaning. as well as a professional attitude and a happy to help approach, so you will always feel comfortable with one of our cleaners in your home.

Our Pricing

Our prices are transparent - there are no hidden or extra costs

Weekly house clean is £16.50 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per clean.

Fortnightly house clean is £20.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per clean.

Please note for larger houses a minimum of 3 hours may be necessary per visit and we will discuss this on our phone call.

Due to high demand Thursday and Friday cleans may not be available.

For one off cleans (which we carry out when availability allows), we charge a £60.00 arrangement fee, and then £20 per hour for the cleaner, with a minimum of 3 hours.

How do you know if your domestic cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?
All our cleaners are fully vetted, including interviews in their own home and police checks. There are no compromises made in this area. All our cleaners are either very experienced cleaners or have demonstrated they can clean to a high standard that can be considered a professional level.

Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Absolutely

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes, this is important to allow consistency of service for each client.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
Not at all. All our cleaners are experienced in cleaning independently while the householder is out.

When do the house cleans happen?
Our normal working hours for cleans are anytime between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday depending on the clients needs and specific requests.

Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?
No, we use your own products and equipment – this is more hygienic for equipment as there is no cross contamination with other household dust or dirt etc. We also find that most people have a preference in which products are used as some people prefer environmentally friendly products and some people prefer strong perfumes and others not. So we use what products you prefer to be used in your home.

I have pets, is this a problem?
Never! Most of our cleaners love animals and are delighted to meet your pets. We always match you with a cleaner who will be happy to meet your pet.

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
We never want you to feel frustrated by the service you are receiving so we always prefer that you must give us a call and we will match you with a cleaner that suits your needs. Sometimes it is just about matching you with the right cleaner and that’s our job. Just like everything in life sometimes one cleaner will be better suited to a household than another and it is never a problem to get this right for the client.

Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
Yes, we have comprehensive insurance that covers the cleaning being undertaken in your home.
