Pricing and Opening Hours

Weekly Cleans: £17.50 per hour

One-off cleans: £30 per hour

Opening Hours:

9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Thursday: Friday 9 am to 1pm

Closed Saturday and Sunday; All Bank and Public Holidays

Minimum 2 hours weekly clean; 3 hours fortnightly clean

(House cleaning in rural locations and some other selected locations is typically £1 more per hour for all services, due to logistics and travel costs, hourly rate may be confirmed on enquiry)

How do you screen your cleaners?

We interview all potential cleaners in their own home and check proof of ID, address and references. When we are happy that everything checks out as it should, we add them to our database.

Can I meet the cleaner before they start?

Yes. Once we have allocated a cleaner to you, they will contact you and arrange to meet to discuss your specific cleaning requirements.

Will I get the same cleaner every week?

Yes. That way they will get to know you, your house and what cleaning routine suits you best.

What happens if my cleaner can't come?

If your cleaner is sick or on holiday, they will try to make another arrangement with you, such as coming on a different day, doing a longer deeper clean on another session or simply catching up over time. If this doesn't suit you, give us a call and we can arrange for a temporary cleaner.

Who supplies the cleaning products and equipment?

The cleaner will use your vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, cloths etc., as this eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between households and means only products that you are happy with are used in your home.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?

That is entirely up to you. Some people prefer to be in, others are happy to give the cleaner a key and let them get on with it. A Key safe is also a useful option

What will my cleaner do?

Whatever you like (within reason!) Generally they will clean your kitchen and bathroom(s) to ensure hygienic standards, as well as vacuum, dust, mop and polish. If you wish they can also do some light ironing and change bed linen.

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?

In the first instance, we would recommend that you speak to your cleaner (or ask us to on your behalf) and if that does not resolve the issue, then we will introduce you to another cleaner.
