As a cleaner she is thorough, reliable and professional but much more than that as a person she is so kind, caring and helpful. She always checks if there is anything else Mum needs . As Mum is 98 now it’s important for us both to have someone Mum can feel at ease with and trust and Erika is certainly a great example of the type of person people feel comfortable with.
Grishma came again today and did such a fab clean, exactly what we were looking for.
