What else can I say.  Thank you Anna, Melanie has been nothing short of a house cleaning miracle.  Could I have an extra hour a week to get some additional ironing done?  My mother lives in Croydon, do you provide housekeeping services in Croydon, as she needs to replace her current cleaner?
