1️⃣ Getting to Know You:  We’ll start with a home visit to understand exactly what you need, ensuring we can offer a service that fits your home and lifestyle perfectly.

2️⃣ Finding Your Perfect Match: We’ll pair you with a trusted, experienced cleaner who’s been carefully vetted. We don’t rely on a computer to make the match; instead, we personally select your cleaner from hundreds of applicants, ensuring they meet your needs. They’re reference-checked, experienced, and visited in their own homes, so you can have total peace of mind knowing we’ve chosen the right person for you.

3️⃣ Enjoy More ‘You’ Time: With a regular, customised cleaning routine in place, you’ll have more time to focus on the things you love — while we take care of the rest!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Pricing (inc. VAT)

Weekly Cleaning: £19.50 per hour (minimum 2 hours per clean required).

Fortnightly Cleaning: £20.50 per hour (minimum 3 hours per clean, though this may be reduced to 2–2.5 hours for smaller properties or solo occupancy).

One-Off Clean: £70 booking fee, plus £18 per hour thereafter (minimum 3 hours).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1️⃣ When will the cleaning happen?
We totally get that you want cleaning done when it works best for you! That’s why we make sure you get the same cleaner, on the same day, at the same time, every time – so it’s all about your convenience.

2️⃣ What if my cleaner is sick or on holiday? Do you provide a replacement?
If your cleaner is unavailable, we offer a cover clean service, depending on availability. Just note that you might need to be flexible with the day of the week for this.

3️⃣ Do I need to be home while my cleaner is working?
It’s entirely up to you! Some of our cleaners are key holders for your home, but if you'd rather not be around, that’s perfectly fine too. We are fully flexible, and the choice is completely yours. 

4️⃣ Do the cleaners use my cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, they do! We want to avoid any cross-contamination and make sure we’re using the products that you prefer in your home, so they’ll always clean with your supplies.
