Thanks for calling to check on how we're getting on. Elaine is doing a great job of the weekly cleaning, she works for the full 2 hours each time and is a very pleasant. We get on great. I have your card and will call you if we need to, but I don't really expect that to be necessary!!

David, Jacqueline was brave and cheerful considering what she had to put up with on this one-off clean! Looks so much better all ready. Can't wait for the her to finish cleaning the house tomorrow.
