The customer service team was really supportive and helpful along every step of the way and my new cleaner is lovely and does a wonderful job.  Its so nice having our home cleaned and having all the jobs that we can't do anymore done for us.

I wanted to say thanks for arranging a cover cleaner so promptly when my cleaner was off sick. These things happen but I was concerned I wouldn't have a cleaner this week and we are having guests this weekend. The cover cleaner did a great job too.
