 Home Visit: Upon receiving your enquiry, we will reach out to you to understand your unique cleaning needs. We will arrange a home visit to gain a complete understanding of your requirements so we can tailor our cleaning services to your specific needs.

Online Booking:  If you have had a cleaner before, you know the hours you would like the cleaner for or you're time poor, we can book the service over the phone. This can take up to 10 minutes to go through everything.

Step 2 - Finding Your Perfect Cleaner: We will match you with one of our experienced domestic house cleaners. Each of our cleaners has undergone a thorough personal check, vetting, and referencing process by our team. Your assigned cleaner will establish a scheduled timeline and craft a cleaning routine tailored to you. We generally say it takes 3-5 days to allocate you a cleaner, so we are very proactive so we can be as efficient as possible.
