Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Absolutely, we don’t believe in sending a different cleaner every week.
Our whole ethos is that you are introduced to a cleaner who will be dedicated to you each week. This allows you to build trust and a good relationship with your cleaner, ensuring they will work more efficiently in the long term and take the initiative when needed.
Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
This is a personal choice of yours.
Your cleaner will be happy to clean if you are present in the house, working around you and to your needs. Most cleaners, due to their clients' hectic lifestyles, are key holders and clean when their clients are not in; however, the flexibility is there for you to control in whichever way you feel most comfortable.
What if my cleaner misses a clean?
We emphasise to our cleaners how important reliability is to you. If your cleaner knows in advance that they will be unavailable on a specific date, we suggest that they discuss rescheduling your clean for another suitable day and time. Alternatively, at your request, we may be able to arrange temporary cover.
Who supplies the cleaning products?
The cleaners will use your cleaning products and equipment, giving you the freedom to choose what products and materials are used in your Home.
When would my house cleans happen?
The cleaning can take place when you want it to.
It can be a daily, weekly or fortnightly clean. Select the day you would like your cleaning to take place. We will introduce you to a cleaner who meets your individual requirements.
What work will the cleaner not undertake?
Cleaners cannot take on any tasks outside the home, as they are not insured for activities such as external window cleaning, gardening, or dog walking. They are also not insured to provide childcare, cooking, or any specialist services such as carpet, upholstery, or oven cleaning.
What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
Simply let us know of any concerns, and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our first step is to provide constructive feedback to the cleaner. If this doesn’t resolve the problem, we can introduce you to a replacement cleaner, one of whom should meet your needs perfectly.
Do you mind if we have pets?
We love pets and always ask our cleaners if they are happy to work in properties with Cats/Dogs/Birds, etc. Many of our existing clients are animal lovers, and we've seen just about every variety of pet there is!
Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
We are insured for up to £2 million against the cleaner accidentally damaging your property. Please note, in order to keep your costs as low as possible, there is an insurance excess of £100 on all claims.
