1️⃣ Getting to Know You We will visit your home to understand your cleaning needs and lifestyle. This allows us to tailor a service that fits your home perfectly and arrange a convenient day for your regular clean.

2️⃣ Finding Your Perfect Cleaner Before a cleaner joins our database, we review hundreds of applicants, screen them thoroughly, and put them through a stringent interview process. Only a select few meet our high standards and are hand picked by us — never by a computer. We personally match you with a trusted, experienced cleaner, and you’ll have the same dedicated cleaner every visit. This allows them to get to know your home, build a great rapport with you, and maintain a consistent routine. If your regular cleaner is ever unavailable, we’ll provide a cover cleaner so you never go a week without a clean.

3️⃣ Enjoy More Time for You With your customised cleaning routine in place, your home will stay fresh and cared for, while you focus on the things you love. Your cleaner can also help with ironing and other household chores, giving you more free time and a real sense of relief.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Pricing (inc. VAT)

Weekly Cleaning: £19.50 per hour (minimum of 2 hours per clean).

Fortnightly Cleaning: £21.00 per hour (minimum of 3 hours per clean)

One-Off Clean: £70 booking fee, plus £18 per hour thereafter (minimum of 3 hours per clean).

1️⃣ How many hours of cleaning will I need?

Every home is different, so the number of hours will depend on the size of your property and how often you’d like cleaning. As a general guide, most homes need between 2–4 hours per visit, but we’ll help you work out what’s right for your home when you get in touch.

 2️⃣ How quickly can I get a cleaner?

We’ll always do our best to introduce you to a suitable cleaner as quickly as possible. Availability can vary depending on the day and time you prefer, but we’ll keep you updated and work to find the best match for your home.
