Pricing and Opening Hours

Weekly cleans are typically £12.95 per hour.

Fortnightly cleans are typically £13.95 per hour.

Our minimum clean is 2 hours per clean, either weekly or fortnightly, with no maximum.

One off cleans are available on request, priced at £15 per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours per one-off clean.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am and 5.30pm and Saturday 9.30am to 2.00pm

Do you cover my area?

We cover all of Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Monifieth, Carnoustie, Arbroath, Montrose, Forfar and all areas in between.

How do you know if your Domestic Cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?

You have access to an ever growing database of carefully selected experienced Home Cleaners, each of which have been interviewed in their own home, vetted, reference checked and police checked. We would not introduce a cleaner to you that we would not have clean our own home. It is our job to find the right match for you and we take great pride in this!

Q. Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes absolutely. However, when the cleaner is on holiday we can provide a cover cleaner or you can "bank" the hours for use throughout the year.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?

This is a personal choice, your Domestic Cleaner will be happy to clean when you are present although a lot of house cleaners are key holders for their clients, and clean when their clients are not in, the flexibility is there for you to have full control. Every single house clean is also appropriately insured for peace of mind.

Q. When do the house cleans happen? Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?

The cleaning will take place when you want it to, whether it be daily cleaning, weekly cleaning or fortnightly cleaning, you can even select the days you would like your cleaning to take place! We will introduce you to a cleaner to meet your individual requirements. The cleaners will use your cleaning products and equipment, avoiding cross-contamination risks and giving you freedom to chose what products and materials are used in your Home!

Q. I have pets, is this a problem?

No, this is absolutely fine. When we interview cleaners, we check if cleaners have any phobias, allergies or preferences around working with pets. We will ensure that if you have pets we match you with a cleaner that is comfortable to clean around your pets.
