She arrived in good time, and after showing her around I left her to it as I always do. She worked well and our home feels cleaner. She has certainly been ideal, her cleaning is excellent - she is systematic and thorough but more than that she is someone my Mum is more than happy to have in her house which is so important. Erika is kind and considerate towards Mum and is also great at keeping in touch with me if there is anything she notices in the house that needs attention.
