We would not introduce a cleaner to you that we would not have clean our own home. It is our job to find the right match for you and we take great pride in this!
Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Yes, we recommend you arrange to meet your cleaner beforehand and agree directly with him/her what work you want them to do. You may also want to agree with your cleaner what materials are to be used
Will I get the same cleaner every week?
Yes. You will get the same dedicated cleaner to do your weekly cleaning. That way you will know who is coming into your home each week and your cleaner will be able to work out a routine with you as to what you would like doing on each visit.
Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
This is a personal choice, your Domestic Cleaner will be happy to clean when you are present although most house cleaners are key holders for their clients, and clean when their clients are not in, the flexibility is there for you to have control. Every single house clean is also appropriately insured for peace of mind.
When do the house cleans happen? Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?
The cleaning will take place when you want it to, whether it be daily cleaning, weekly cleaning or fortnightly cleaning, you can even select the days you would like your cleaning to take place! We will introduce you to a cleaner to meet your individual requirements. The cleaners will use your cleaning products and equipment, giving you freedom to choose what products and materials are used in your Home!
I have pets, is this a problem?
No, this is absolutely fine. When we interview cleaners, we check if cleaners have any phobias, allergies or preferences around working with pets. We will ensure that if you have pets we match you with a cleaner who is comfortable to clean around your pets.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaner for any reason?
Simply let us know of your concerns and we will do all we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We have a large database of approved and vetted cleaners, one of whom should meet your needs perfectly.
Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
We are insured for up to a minimum of £2 million pounds. Please note, in order to keep our charges at a very competitive rate, there is an excess of £100 on all claims for which you would be responsible for. The insurance cover is offered in the event of any major incidents of damage.
