She will then explain in detail how everything works and fill out the paperwork. When you are happy, Hannah will appoint a self-employed cleaner to you. Your cleaner will then contact you directly to arrange a convenient time for yourself to pop along and meet you. This gives you the opportunity to have a good chat with your cleaner, show the cleaner around your home and to then arrange a start date in which he/she will start cleaning for you.
