We are a domestic cleaning company. Our aim is to provide a tailored professional service to our clients for their housekeeping needs. Very thoroughly, and very carefully! All cleaners initially complete a detailed application form, telling us all about them and their housekeeping and cleaning experience, what qualities and skills they possess. We then conduct a telephone interview with applicants that show enough potential at this stage. We will then arrange to visit successful applicants in their own home. This allows us to see the standards and values that they live by, and also get to know them personally. During this stage we conduct a face to face interview with the applicant, checking exactly what experience they have, and complete comprehensive security checks on the applicant, as well as obtaining details of their references, which we fully check. Only after all of these checks have been completed, will the applicant be added to our database. We only use cleaners who we would trust alone in our own home!
I have pets. Is this a problem?
Not at all! When we conduct interviews with our cleaners, we cover a whole range of topics, which includes pets. We check if our cleaners are happy to work in homes with a range of animals! This ensures that your cleaner knows exactly what to expect, and you are perfectly matched from the outset.
Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Of Course. Many of our clients are busy working professionals, and request their cleaner holds a key on their behalf. Our cleaners are always happy to come and visit you before the first clean if you require, to discuss your needs in person and discuss access arrangements. This also allows you to ensure that you are happy with them. Other clients are happy for the cleaner to simply arrive a short time earlier on the day of the first clean to meet them and discuss their needs, and then complete the first full clean following this. The choice is yours!
Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Absolutely! We don’t believe in sending a different person each week. Our whole ethos is that you will be introduced to a cleaner that will be dedicated to you each week. This allows you to build up trust and a good relationship with your cleaner, and ensures that they work more efficiently week by week, and can rotate tasks within your home, and work under their own initiative if you would like them to.
What tasks will my cleaner do for me?
Pretty much anything (within reason!) Standard requests are for general house clean. Some clients request different tasks such as ironing, bed making, bed changing, putting clothes washes on, doing washing up, sorting food cupboards for out of date products etc. The only item inside your home we can’t clean is the oven as this is a specialist job.
So I can ask for help with ironing?
You certainly can. This is a common request from a number of our clients. Any ironing will be completed within the allotted weekly hours at your home, and the ironing can be either left out, or put away wherever you want it.
Who supplies the cleaning products?
Your dedicated cleaner will use your cleaning products, to include your vacuum, mop, sprays and cloths etc. This is to ensure that your home is cleaned with products that you prefer, and most importantly prevents any cross contamination issues between addresses that your cleaner operates within.
What if I’m not happy with the quality of work?
We will always contact you after the second clean to ensure that all has gone to your complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied, we will initially try and resolve this with feedback to your cleaner as long as you are happy with this course of action. If you decide that you would prefer to be introduced to a new cleaner with immediate effect, then we will be happy to match you with a new cleaner.

We appreciate that a lot of our clients work long hours, so we can be flexible and meet you in the evening if more convenient.
