How does our service work?

Step 1 - Home Visit

Get in touch, tell us what you are after, and our dedicated Client Co-Ordinators will visit you at home to discuss your individual cleaning requirements. We really need to know how you like your home to be cleaned, how important is it for you to have your cushions plumped, do you want your beds changing every week, the detail of your clean is really important.  

Step 2 - Getting Started

Following the home consultation we will  pick a vetted home cleaner to suit you, from our extensive database of experienced domestic cleaners. Your new cleaner will meet you before the clean, that way you can show them around your home, we call this the MEET and GREET. We also have a laminated 'helpful guide' which we include in our client presentation folders to help you prioritise your cleaning.

You will be involved every step of the way to make sure you’re 100% happy with our choice of cleaner. 

Step 3 -  Customer Support 

Once you’re all set, your home cleaner will be available as and when you need them on a regular basis. We are always here for you if you need us, support and advice is only a phone call away.

Case Study 1

Client - One-off Clean

Client name:  Catherine, Crick, Northants.

Why a one-off clean?

Catherine was about to move house and needed some help getting the house ready for the new owners to move in. 

Not just a normal clean because but when all the furniture had been removed there was a lot more to do.

Catherine was recommended to us via a friend on Facebook.

What happened?

After we received her booking form via the web site we contacted Catherine to take further details about her requirements and then gave Catherine the name of the cleaner that would be contacting her.

This is the feedback we received from Catherine after the cleaner had been. ‘The cleaner arrived on time and respectfully changed her shoes and asked for instructions.  Although I had cleaning products ready the cleaner had also come prepared with some too.  I was so impressed with the cleaner.  Not only did she do a fantastic job, she did more than I would have expected.  I walked into the kitchen and she was kneeling on the worktop cleaning the inside of the windows, glass and frames.  Very friendly and worked with me as a team so the job got done on time and I could shut the front door and feel happy and proud to say goodbye to my home.”

Client – Regular Weekly Cleaning Service

Client name:  Sarah, Northampton.

Why a regular weekly cleaning service?

Sarah is a busy Mum of 2 teenage boys who was trying to juggle too much at home and running her own business.  Sarah had no time for her self to spend with family, seeing friends or going for run.
