HOW IT WORKS

We provide a professional tailored cleaning service in  Oxford, Witney, Woodstock and the surrounding areas, where we will find you the best cleaner to meet your domestic cleaning requirements. We offer a choice of weekly or fortnightly cleans to care for your home when it suits you. We also offer housekeeping, ironing, laundry and bed changing services. 

We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do everything we can to make the process as easy as possible for you. We will book a house visit to discuss your specific cleaning needs, offer advice and support from the start and listen carefully to what you want.

You will get the same regular domestic cleaner for every clean and can meet them before they start to discuss your requirements. All of our domestic cleaners are vetted, referenced and police checked*.  Once you have a household cleaner in place, we will check that everything is meeting your expectations. If not then we will strive to fix it quickly.

PRICING

At the typical hourly rates below you have a tailored home cleaning service that is affordable and dependable.    

Regular weekly home cleaning £17.95 per hour - 2 hours minimum

Fortnightly home cleaning £18.95 per hour - 2 hours minimum

No hidden costs! 
Each service can be inclusive of all domestic cleaning and Ironing.

As a family-run cleaning company, we understand that you will want the house cleaning done on a day and time that suits you - so that is what you can have! You will have the same cleaner, on the same day and time for each clean.
2️⃣ How Do I Know the Cleaners Are Excellent Domestic Cleaners?
We clean homes on a regular basis, and we have a thorough process to ensure excellent house cleaning services. Cleaners are interviewed in their own home, are appropriately referenced and then trialled with our most experienced domestic cleaners. Only once we are fully satisfied that the cleaners provide excellent domestic cleans do we then work with them.
3️⃣ Do I Need to be in When My Home is Being Cleaned by the Cleaner?
It is completely up to you if you are in when your house cleaning is being done. Most of the cleaners are key holders for the properties they clean, but the flexibility is there for you to have control. We are fully flexible, and the choice is completely yours. We are also appropriately insured for peace of mind.

Yes. The cleaners will use your cleaning products and equipment to stop any cross-contamination and to ensure your home is being cleaned with the products you want to be used.
