We are a local cleaning company offering you a choice of one-off, daily, weekly or fortnightly cleans to suit your personal needs. PRICING AND OPENING HOURS

• Weekly cleans: Typical hourly rate of £16 per hour, minimum of 2 hours per visit

• Fortnightly cleans: Typical hourly rate of £17 per hour, minimum of 2 hours per visit

• Opening hours: 9am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday : Friday 9am - 3:30pm

Offers

• Website offer: Only applies to regular weekly cleans, and is subject to a minimum of 2 hours a week

HOW IT WORKS

We understand you may initially be apprehensive, so to make the process as easy as possible for you we will discuss your specific cleaning needs with you, offer advice and support from the outset and listen carefully to what you need.

You will get the same regular domestic cleaner for every clean, and you can meet them beforehand to discuss your cleaning needs and rotation of cleaning tasks. All of our cleaners are vetted, referenced and *police checked.  Once you have a trusted housekeeper in place, we will check that everything is meeting your expectations. If not then we will strive to fix it quickly!

You can also have peace of mind knowing that there is insurance cover against accidental damage.

How do you know if your domestic cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?

Each one of the self-employed cleaners are interviewed in their own home. This way we can see for ourselves the cleanliness of their own home. It also gives us an idea of their background and individual circumstances.

We conduct an interview and assess whether the cleaner will pass our stringent 'would we let this person clean our own home' test. At this stage we would also conduct all relevant ID checks. We take up references for all our self-employed cleaners before we allow them onto our database of approved cleaners.

We also ask for regular feedback from our clients to ensure that the cleaning is being completed to the required standards.
