I hope that you are all well.  Just a quick note to let you know that I was very happy with Elena.  She is very thorough in everything and she is also a very nice person.  My mother is seriously impressed with the kitchen windows!

We've already arranged a date and time for March and I got the feeling that Elena is happy to continue working here as well - so that's all good.

We visited my mother last weekend. Just a quick note to say we thought the place looked much cleaner, particular the kitchen  and bathroom so thank you to the cleaners for doing a good job.

That is fine Ann, more than happy for others to know how great it has worked out.

My house was so full of things we no longer needed when Mirabella came - pushchairs, cotbeds, toys - you name it.

Everything made it so hard to get the hoover round or dust properly.

Dear Sam,

Kerry came for the second time last Friday and she did a brilliant job and I actually noticed that the house had been cleaned.  Kerry actually did such a good job that my partner noticed (quite shocking).

Kerry is working her way round room by room giving everywhere a deep clean.
