Our Philosophy

We believe life is too short to spend it cleaning

HOW IT WORKS

We provide a professional tailored cleaning service in Sheffield and the surrounding areas, where we will find you the best cleaner to meet your domestic cleaning requirements. We offer a choice of regular daily, weekly or fortnightly cleans to care for your home when it suits you. We also offer housekeeping, ironing, laundry and bed changing services.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do everything we can to make the process as easy as possible for you. We will book a house visit to discuss your specific cleaning needs, offer advice and support from the start and listen carefully to what you want.

You will get the same regular domestic cleaner for every clean and can meet them before they start to discuss your requirements. All of our domestic cleaners are vetted, referenced and police checked*. Once you have a household cleaner in place, we will check that everything is meeting your expectations. If not then we will strive to fix it quickly.

Good morning Lee

I won’t keep you long as I know you are busy. I just wanted to say how pleased we are with Ana, she vacuums all our carpets and gets right into the corners, she cleans all the worktops in the kitchen and lifts things to wipe under them rather than round them (which is what I like) the end result is I am very pleased we chose Time For You when we came to Sheffield.

FAQs

Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Yes, our cleaner will call to introduce themself before we start, and if you are happy we can take it from there.

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes, you'll have the same cleaner each week so you know exactly who's coming, with the exception of holidays and sickness, in which case we will ask if you would like a replacement.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
You don't need to be home - all of our cleaners are key holders, so as long as you have met your cleaner, shown them around and talked about what your expectations are, then we can let ourselves in leaving you with a nice clean house to come home to. All our cleaners are police checked* for your peace of mind.

When does the house cleaning happen?
We work on any day you prefer from Monday to Friday and normally we expect to start between 9am and 2pm.

Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?
No, we use the products that are in your house. This allows you to choose the quality of the cleaning products and also keep your house smelling the way that you want it to. You also know what is safe to use in your own home, and it helps to prevent cross-contamination.

I have pets, is this a problem?
As long as your pets are friendly that's fine!

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
Just let the office know and we will do what ever we can to put things right.

Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
Please note, in order to keep our charges at a very competitive rate, there is an excess of £100 on all claims for which you would be responsible for.
