Choosing a cleaner for your home is personal. It is about trust, routine, comfort and knowing that your home will be cared for in the way you expect. These are some of the details worth understanding before your service is arranged.
Yes. You will meet your cleaner at the first clean.
This gives you the opportunity to show them around your home, talk through your priorities and explain how you like things done before they begin. It keeps the process simple, personal and practical, while still giving you that important first introduction.
Will it be the same cleaner each time?
Yes. That is one of the most important parts of the service.
Having the same cleaner allows trust and familiarity to build naturally. Over time, your cleaner gets to understand your home, your preferences and the details that matter to you without you needing to explain them again and again.
How do you choose the cleaners you introduce?
We are careful about who we introduce to our clients.
Each cleaner is personally met in their own home, referenced, identity checked and police checked* before being considered. We look for reliability, experience, attitude and whether they feel suited to the kind of homes and clients we care for.
It is not just about whether someone can clean. It is about whether they can be trusted to care for your home properly.
How many hours will my home need?
That depends on your home, your routine and what you would like taken care of.
Some homes need a light, regular reset. Others need more time, more detail or a wider list of tasks. During your home visit, we will talk this through with you and help guide you towards a number of hours that feels realistic and worthwhile.
The aim is not to over-complicate it. It is to arrange something that genuinely works for your home.
What happens if my cleaner is away?
If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we will help where we can to arrange suitable replacement support.
Some clients prefer to wait for their usual cleaner to return, while others would rather have cover arranged. Either way, we will talk it through with you and help find the most suitable option.
I have pets. Does that matter?
Only in the sense that it helps us make the right match.
Pets are part of the home, so we simply take them into account when arranging your cleaner. We will talk through anything useful to know, such as where your pet will be during the clean, how comfortable they are with new people, and whether your cleaner needs to be aware of anything in particular.
