STEP 2 - GETTING STARTED

Following the home visit - We will then allocate you one of our experienced police checked cleaners who will help you with all your cleaning tasks.

STEP 3 - ON GOING CUSTOMER SUPPORT 

Once you’re all set and your perfect house cleaner has started, we will regularly check in with you to make sure everything is running as smooth as possible. We are always here for you if you need us - support and advice are only a phone call away.

🧼 Fortnightly Domestic Cleaning – £19.50 per hour

✔Minimum booking: 3 hours per visit

Absolutely. We’ll always ask for your preferred days and times before arranging your cleaning service.

Your cleaner will be introduced to you before your first home clean, giving you confidence and peace of mind from the very start.

3️⃣How do you know your domestic cleaners are trustworthy and good at their job?

Every cleaner we work with goes through a thorough vetting process before being introduced to any client.

This includes:

• An in-home interview
• Identity and address checks
• References from previous clients or employers
• DBS / police checks

We only introduce cleaners we would be happy to have clean our own homes, and we take great pride in finding the right match for every household.

4️⃣Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and products?

Our cleaners use your own cleaning products and equipment.

This helps prevent cross-contamination between homes and gives you full control over the products used in your property, including any preferences for eco-friendly or allergy sensitive items.

5️⃣I have pets, is this a problem?

Not at all. Many of our clients have pets.

During our vetting process, we check each cleaner’s comfort level around animals, including any allergies or phobias. If you have pets, we’ll ensure you’re matched with a cleaner who is happy and confident working in a pet-friendly home.
