Your cleaner will be personally introduced to you before your first home cleaning visit, giving you peace of mind and confidence from day one.
Our domestic cleaners use your household cleaning products and equipment. This helps prevent cross-contamination between homes and ensures your property is cleaned using the products you trust and prefer. If you ever have specific product preferences or allergies, just let us know and we’ll make sure your cleaner follows your instructions.
3️⃣What does your insurance cover?
We carry public liability insurance of up to £2 million, giving you peace of mind while your home is being cleaned. Our insurance is designed to cover major incidents of accidental damage. To help keep our cleaning services competitively priced, there is a £100 excess per claim, which is payable by the client. If you ever have questions about what is covered, our team is always happy to explain this clearly before your cleaning begins.
4️⃣How do I know if the cleaner you allocate is trustworthy or good at their work?
Your peace of mind is extremely important to us. All of our domestic cleaners in Loughton, Chigwell, Woodford green and the surrounding areas go through a strict vetting process before being matched with any client.

Yes, of course.
Many of our clients choose to provide their cleaner with a key, allowing cleaning to be carried out even when they’re not at home. All of our cleaners are experienced and comfortable acting as trusted keyholders. That said, the choice is completely yours - your comfort, security and peace of mind always come first.
