LOOKING FOR A REGULAR Domestic house cleaning service, END OF TENANCY CLEAN OR ONE OFF CLEAN in the Andover area?

Weekly cleans typically £14.50 per hour (minimum of 2 hours) ; Fortnightly cleans typically £17.00 per hour (minimum of 2.5 hours); 

ONE OFF CLEANS AND END OF TENANCY CLEANS require a booking and management fee of £49.00 to be paid in advance plus the hourly rate of the cleaner is typically £18.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hours).  All products and equipment are provided.

My name is Sonia Roper and myself and my team offer the people of Andover and surrounding villages (SP10 and SP11) a 5 star rated domestic cleaning service.   We have been providing a successful cleaning service since 2014 and pride ourselves on the service we provide.  We know that we run an effective and reliable cleaning service, as our clients tell us this!

We visit you in your home to discuss your specific cleaning requirements.

Agree the hours to suit your individual needs based on our discussion with you at the home consultation

Organise a mutually agreeable start date and time for your clean.

We will always follow up  to monitor the cleaning service.  Your feedback is really important to us and helps us to ensure we are offering the best possible cleaning service for you.

What we offer:

Our one-off clean can be a thorough deep clean or focus on a particular area… it’s entirely up to you!

We hand pick all our one-off cleaners; they must be efficient and have an eye for detail. We also provide public liability and accidental damage insurance for the clean. 

Our cleaners provide all the cleaning products and equipment so you don't have to worry!

Before our cleaners start your clean we will confirm the number of hours it will take approximately.

Cost

Our Booking and Management fee is £49.00 paid in advance.  Paid online via a credit card for your convenience. Our fee includes access to our experienced team of cleaners, all our cleaners have been vetted through our stringent system and have excellent, and consistent track records.

You will also have the benefit of our insurance cover for your clean.

A fully comprehensive cleaning kit is provided for each clean.

The Cleaner’s hourly rates start from £18 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours.   A minimum of 4 hours is required for each clean, which if a team of 2 cleaners will only take 2 hours.

Here is a typical example of how much a 4 hour clean would cost:

Total £121.00 based on £18.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hours); This amount includes £72 for the cleaner and our booking and management fee of £49.00
