You have found the Fylde Coast’s premier domestic cleaning company serving ALL FY postcode areas. We are a local Company but part of the award winning ‘Time For You’ franchise group which was established in 2003.

Time For You Fylde Coast is managed by Gill Stock and Lynne Kitson who have many years experience in managing the introduction of regular, reliable and friendly house cleaners, ironers and house keepers to clients on the Fylde Coast and surrounding areas. Lots of our existing customers have stayed with us since day one. In fact, our very first client is still happy with the same cleaner.

OUR SERVICE TO YOU

Before the service commences you will be visited in your home to discuss your specific cleaning needs (daily, weekly, fortnightly cleans)

We will then select a cleaner from our local, extensive database that matches your requirements

You can rest assured that each and every domestic house cleaner has been:

*Personally visited and interviewed by us in their own home

* Required to supply a minimum of 2 high quality references

* Police checked* for your total peace of mind

*The same domestic cleaner will visit you each time so that you can build a relationship with them and feel comfortable with the cleaner in your home.

* On top of all this, every single clean is insured! This gives you peace of mind that you will be covered should expensive damage be accidentally caused during the house clean. You almost certainly won’t ever need this, but it’s nice to know it is there just in case!

We pride ourselves on our customer service. Therefore we go out of our way to make the process as easy as possible for you. We will offer you advice and support from the start. We will listen carefully to what you want. Once you have a household cleaner in place, we will check that everything is meeting your expectations. If not, then we will strive to fix it quickly.

Pricing and Opening Hours

Weekly Cleans - £16.95 per hour, minimum of 2 hours per clean

Fortnightly Cleans - £18.50 per hour, minimum of 2.5 hours per clean

One off Cleans - £165 for a 5 hour clean

We are open from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do you know if your domestic cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?
Our cleaners are vetted very thoroughly and very carefully! We visit every cleaner in their own home without fail and conduct a face to face interview. At this stage we check their previous experience, obtain at least two references and complete all security checks and proof of personal identification. Only after all this has been checked and approved will we add the cleaner to our database. Our philosophy is, we will only take a cleaner on if we would be happy to have them in our own home.

Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Of course! We would expect that you would want to meet your cleaner before they start working in your home. Our cleaners are always happy to come and meet you to discuss your needs and any access details, either on a day before they are due to start or an hour before on the day. It is entirely up to you. This gives you peace of mind that you are happy for the cleaner to clean in your home.

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes, we don't believe in sending a different person each time. This allows you to build a relationship of trust and familiarity with your dedicated cleaner which is beneficial for both parties, as the cleaner will understand your home and your requirements completely.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
No, we don't expect you to have to change your daily routine for cleaner access. Our dedicated cleaners can hold a key or leave a key somewhere safe for them, it is entirely up to you and this can be arranged directly with the cleaner when you have your initial meeting at your home.

When do the house cleans happen?
The day and time of your cleans are entirely up to you and arranged directly with your dedicated cleaner.

Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?
Your dedicated cleaner will use your cleaning products to ensure that your home smells and looks exactly how you like it and that no cross contamination issues occur by using products also used in another household. Your cleaning products include: vacuum, mop and bucket, sprays, liquids, cloths etc.

I have pets, is this a problem?
We note all of the householder details and requirements when we first meet you so we can then ensure that we match the right cleaner to the right householder. This includes whether a householder has pets or if they are smokers. This ensures there are no surprises!

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
We will always contact you after the first clean to ensure that you are completely satisfied. In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied, we will initially try and resolve any issues by having discussions with your cleaner as long as you are happy with this course of action. If you decide you would prefer to change your cleaner, we will introduce you to a new dedicated cleaner with immediate effect from our fully vetted, cleaner database.

Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
Yes, every clean is insured. To keep our costs competitive there is a £100 excess on insurance claims, and the insurance is primarily there for serious damage.
