Weekly Cleans
Minimum of 2 hours per visit
£18.50 per hour 

Fortnightly Cleans
Minimum of 3 hours per visit*
£20 per hour

Availability and rates may vary for villages & rural locations, but I will confirm this with you on enquiry.

How do you know if your domestic cleaners are trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner? How do you vet your cleaners?
Very thoroughly and very carefully! Following receipt of the written application, suitable candidates are interviewed on the phone. Cleaners passing this stage then have a face to face interview in their own home. During this interview we perform ID checks, gather reference details and of course ask several cleaning related questions. For those who pass this stage we then perform reference checks, where possible speaking directly to the referees so we can ask further questions to assess the cleaners suitability. Once that's all complete we then make a final decision whilst asking ourselves the important question, would we be happy for them to clean our own home.

Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Yes, as standard practice we advise all cleaners that they must be prepared to visit a client beforehand.  We find this invaluable, for both parties; where the cleaner will visit you before commencing, discussing your requirements and familiarizing themselves within your home.  This also ensures you are both comfortable with each other.  Many of our clients are working professionals and request their cleaner to have a key on their behalf, so, again, this can be facilitated at this pre clean meeting.  Other clients, who may be in their home when the cleaner calls, are happy for the cleaner to simply arrive a short time earlier on the first clean day and discuss their needs then carry out the clean. It is up to you, what you would like to happen.

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Absolutely, we don’t believe in sending a different cleaner every week.

Our whole ethos is that you are introduced to a cleaner who will be dedicated to you each week. This allows you to build up trust and a good relationship with your cleaner, this ensures that they will work in the long term more efficiently and also work under their own initiative should you like them to.
