Time for You Dartford and Ebbsfleet is a family run business covering  Dartford, Ebbsfleet, Gravesend and surrounding areas. We offer weekly, fortnightly and one off domestic cleaning services to any homes in the following postcodes:

Pricing

Weekly Regular cleaning - £16.00 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours per visit weekly.

Fortnightly Regular cleaning - £17.00 per hour for cleans of under 4 hours per fortnight.

£16.00 per hour for cleans of 4 hours or more per fortnight.

How do you know if your domestic cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?
We have a number of steps that we follow to make sure we get, honest reliable cleaners of the highest standard. When a potential cleaner applies for one of the self employed roles with Time for You we ask them to send us their CV detailing what domestic cleaning experience, qualities and skills they possess. If we believe they may be what we are looking for, the next stage is to conduct a telephone interview with them. If we are satisfied with the telephone interview we then arrange to meet them at their own home for a second interview. This allows us to meet the cleaner face to face, find out even more about their experience and establish what kind of lifestyle and standards they adhere to. At this stage, we ask the applicant to provide us with 2 high quality references and we carry out detailed security checks. We will only add the applicant to our database once we have fully checked those references and are 100% satisfied with the security checks.

Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Of Course! We actively encourage a meeting between cleaners and clients beforehand as it is a great opportunity to explain to your cleaner exactly what you require and if you use any particular products for particular areas (such as wax for dining tables, granite cleaner for kitchen worktops etc). It also gives you and the cleaner the opportunity to ensure that you are both happy with each other. Some of our clients like to give their cleaner a key so that the cleaning can be done whilst they are at work, so this is also a good time to hand the key over to the cleaner. You can decide when you want to meet the cleaner - maybe you'd like to meet them a few days before the cleaner starts or maybe ask the cleaner to attend a little earlier on the day of the first clean? Whatever is easiest for you.

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes, you will have the same dedicated cleaner each week providing continuity. This means the cleaner gets to know your home and preferences, ensuring a good quality clean.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
Not at all. Many of our clients are very busy professionals and prefer to give their cleaner a key. This means the cleaning can be done whilst they are at work enabling them to return to a spotlessly clean home after a long hard day.

When do the house cleans happen?
Subject to availability, on the day and time that you would like. Working days are generally Monday-Friday with occasional availability on a Saturday morning for a higher fee.

Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?
Your cleaner will use your own cleaning products (sprays, cloths, vacuum, mop etc) in order to prevent any cross contamination between different properties and to give you total peace of mind about what products are being used in your home.

I have pets, is this a problem?
Absolutely not! We love pets as do many of our cleaners. Pets are one of the topics we discuss at the interview with the cleaner enabling us to get the perfect match between client and cleaner.

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
We will contact you after your first clean to make sure you are completely satisfied with the service provided. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, we will discuss any issues with your cleaner so that they can be rectified either before or at the next clean. However, if you would prefer to have a new cleaner then we will endeavour to find a replacement as quickly as possible for you.

Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
For peace of mind every clean is insured for accidental damage with an excess of £100.
