Pricing and Opening Hours

Pricing

Weekly cleans:  £16.50 per hour (min 2 hrs)

Fortnightly cleans: £20  per hour (min 2  hrs)

For village/rural locations and some other selected locations our rates are typically £1.00/£1.50 more per hour for all visits. This is due to logistics and travelling time involved for cleaners.

We don't offer 'one off' or end of tenancy cleans.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you screen your cleaners?

In order to become a house cleaner with us, all candidates are vetted first. We do this by interviewing them in their own homes, where we check their proof of ID, address and references.

Can I meet the cleaner before they start?

Yes. Once we have allocated a cleaner to you, they will contact you and arrange to meet to discuss the specific tasks you want them to perform in their regular cleaning service.

Will I get the same cleaner every week?

Yes. That way they will get to know you, your house and what cleaning routine suits you best.

What happens if my home help can't come?

If your cleaner is sick or on holiday, they will try to make another arrangement with you, such as coming on a different day, doing a longer deeper clean on another session or simply catching up over time. If this doesn't suit you, give us a call and we can arrange for a cover cleaner.

Who supplies the cleaning products and equipment? 

The cleaner will use your vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, cloths and products, as this eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between households and means only products that you are happy with are used in your home.  

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working? 

That is entirely up to you. Some people prefer to be in, others are happy to give the cleaner a key and let them get on with it.  A Key safe is also a useful option

What will my cleaner do?

Whatever housework you would  like (within reason!) Generally they will clean your kitchen and bathroom(s) to ensure hygienic standards, as well as vacuum, dust, mop and polish. If you wish they can also do some light ironing and change bed linen. 

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work? 

      In the first instance we would recommend that you speak to your cleaner (or ask us to on your behalf) and if that does not resolve the issue, then we will introduce you to a new cleaner for your home.

       Are you insured? 

Yes. We are insured in the event that your cleaner accidentally causes damage to your property. In order to keep our prices competitive, there is an excess of £100 on each claim. The insurance is there for serious damage and does NOT cover the use of bleach.
