HOW IT WORKS

Are you looking for your very own domestic cleaner but not sure how to go about it? Then let me tell you how it works!

STEP 1 - HOME VISIT Upon receiving your enquiry, we will reach out to you to understand your unique cleaning needs. We will arrange a home visit to gain a complete understanding of your preferences so we can tailor our cleaning services to your specific requirements. 

STEP 2 - FINDING YOUR PERFECT CLEANER We will personally allocate a cleaner to you that best suits your home from our extensive database of experienced house cleaners, all of whom will have been personally checked, vetted and referenced by us. Your assigned cleaner will establish a scheduled timeline and craft a cleaning routine tailored to you.

STEP 3 -  ONGOING SUPPORT We hope you are pleased and always welcome any feedback to ensure you are receiving a high quality service. Your satisfaction is our priority. We believe in staying connected with our clients, regularly checking in to guarantee the continued excellence of our domestic cleaning services.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

PRICING inc VAT

Weekly Cleaning £17 per hour (minimum of 2 hours required)
 Fortnightly Cleaning £19 per hour (minimum of 3 hours required)
One Off Clean £50 booking fee and £15 per hour thereafter (minimum of 3 hours required)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q. Do I need to be home during the clean?

No, our cleaners are used to working in all circumstances. Some clients need to give a key at the start of their service, some like to give the cleaner a key for the clean and to post when finished and some clients are always at home so our cleaners can work around this. We work our service around you, whatever is less disruptive to your lifestyle.

Q. What does your insurance cover?

 We are insured for up to a minimum of £2 million pounds. Please note, in order to keep our charges at a very competitive rate, there is an excess of £100 on all claims for which the client is responsible for. The insurance cover is offered in the event of any major incidents of damage.
