We pride ourselves here at Time For You on delivering a personal tailored service for your domestic cleaning needs. We make the process as straightforward as possible and there are no long forms to fill out - a phone call or email to us and a short visit is all it takes to get you started with your own Time For you Cleaner. Here are some quick FAQs to help you decide if Time For You is right for you.

Q.How much does it cost ?

A. £11.95 per hour for weekly cleans , £13.95 for fortnightly cleans ( minimum of 2 hours)

Q.Who will be cleaning my house?

A. We personally interview and reference check all the cleaners introduced to our clients.  We have strict criteria for those we allow to work with our clients because we look for certain important things such as reliability and a professional attitude towards the job. Cleaners are interviewed for suitability within their own homes to check personal standards and they are reference checked and police checked*. You can be sure that whoever we introduce you to will be someone you can have confidence in.

Q. How quick can you get a cleaner arranged?

A. A cleaner can be arranged very quickly for you! We do try to match you with a cleaner that fits your specific requirements though so this can take a little longer. But we should have you up and running within 7 days, 10 days at most and usually most clients have met their cleaner within two to three days of signing up.

Q. Do I get the same cleaner every week?

A. Yes, your cleaner will get to know your requirements and your home to make the best use of the time they are there.

Q. How do I pay my cleaner?

A. The cleaner will charge you directly and you can pay either by cash or cheque.

Q. What if I am not happy with my cleaner for any reason?

Just let us know and we will sort something out for you as we have many excellent cleaners on hand to introduce you to. We would rather you let us know and we introduce you to the perfect cleaner for you.

Q. Is there a mininum number of hours for a clean?

A. Yes, two hours is our minimum - to allow the cleaner the best opportunity to leave your home sparkling!

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes! We are insured up to £2 million pounds. Please note that to keep prices competitive there is an excess of £100.00 on all claims,

Q. Who supplies the cleaning products?

Your cleaner will use your products that you already have available in your home. This keeps our prices down but it also means the cleaner is using only products that you would want in your home. Some clients are very environmentally aware, some clients don't like certain cleaning product smells etc. It also ensures only the correct products are used in your home for special items such as antique furniture or marble worktops, for example.

Beach Town

One of the best beaches in Scotland, Ayr Beach has been awarded a Seaside Award from Keep Scotland Beautiful  Predominantly sand, Ayr Beach is a great location for picnics and sandcastle building, with a good expanse of grass for children to play on. Admire beautiful views of Ailsa Craig, the Isle of Arran and on a clear day - Pladda.

A great range of fun facilities are located adjacent to Ayr Beach, including a putting green, crazy golf and children’s play area. Also located on the seafront is Pirate Pete’s Family Entertainment Centre, where children can enjoy the indoor soft play, mini golf and laser games. There is also a café to relax in, perfect for catching a bite to eat or a cup of coffee.  A major tourist attraction in the Victorian era, Ayr’s Low Green continues to be popular with visitors and locals alike. This large expanse of green grass is a wonderful place to take a picnic or play ball games with family and friends.

Rabbie Burns

Scotland's national bard, Robert Burns, was born in Alloway, on the outskirts of the town of Ayr. His first home - built by his father in 1757 is a simple two-roomed clay and thatch cottage and has been fully restored to become part of Robert Burns Birthplace Museum.

Burns Night, in effect a second national day, is celebrated on Burns's birthday, 25 January, with Burns suppers around the world, and is more widely observed in Scotland than the official national day, St. Andrew's Day. The first Burns supper in The Mother Club in Greenock was held on what was thought to be his birthday on 29 January 1802; in 1803 it was discovered from the Ayr parish records that the correct date was 25 January 1759.

Ayr Racecourse

Ayr Racecourse, dating back to the 16th century, runs many Flat and National Hunt meetings throughout the year and is particularly famous as the venue of the Scottish Grand National, the Ayrshire Handicap and the Ayr Gold Cup.  Ayr has been voted Best Racecourse in Scotland and the North East nineteen times by the Racegoers Club, including nine years in a row up until 2013. It has also been designated a five star visitor attraction by VisitScotland.

Ice Hockey

The town has a strong history of ice hockey up to professional standard but no longer hosts a professional ice hockey team. The most recent professional team were the Ayr Scottish Eagles who played in the British Superleague between 1996 and 2002 based at the Centrum arena. During this time they have success most famously their grand slam season in 1997–98 winning all 4 titles available and becoming British Champions. The following season saw them compete in the European Hockey league with famous victories home and away to Russian champions AK Bars Kazan.

West FM

The town accommodates Ayrshire’s local radio station - West FM.  The station’s strapline is ‘Your music, your life’ and is owned and operated by Bauer Radio and forms part of Bauer's City 1 network of stations.  The station supports the charity ‘Cash for Kids’ – which supports the local community with the welfare of sick and underprivileged children in the surrounding areas.

David Durham joined HBSA in 2009 after the move to Crosshouse and has been a regular ever since with his Thursday teatime show as well as extra appearances whenever he can find the time, Dave is also part of our constant fundraising team especially during roadshows season so don't be afraid to come up and say hi ,he will be the one either glued to the football results or fighting with the other dj's to get his 80s CD played ,Dave always finds time to present a show on Xmas day which is something that a lot of our presenters try to do.A massive sports fan and especially a massive ice hockey fan Dave can often be found following the Braehead Clan and in between broadcasting we hear that Dave enjoys his hobby of domestic appliance repair (that’s a private joke – please don’t call him to mend the washing machine!!). Dave’s Sports – Talk show is not only popular on air but also has quite a following on social media too as “followers” join in with his “Dirty Dozen” football predictions challenge in which he attempts to (and usually succeeds) in out foxing HBSA’s Jingleman.
