Our Regular Weekly or Fortnightly Domestic Cleaning Services

We offer both weekly house cleaning and fortnightly house cleaning at a time that is convenient for you.

It is our goal to match you with a local, highly-skilled, experienced, and reliable domestic cleaner who can meet your individual cleaning needs and clean and care for your home in Kilmarnock, Irvine, Stewarton or the surrounding villages.

Your house cleaner will be interviewed by us personally in their own home, carefully vetted by ourselves and reference checked. They will be the same, dedicated, regular domestic cleaner every time and they will be insured against accidental damage, giving you complete peace of mind.

We will personally visit you in your home to get to know you and understand your house cleaning requirements. This allows us to personalise the service to your specific needs and we will arrange a suitable time for you to meet your carefully selected domestic cleaner.

If required, your cleaner can also help you with your ironing and other household chores. We pride ourselves on delivering a personal, tailored service to match your individual requirements.

Pricing and Opening Hours

Our office opening hours are Monday-Thursday, 7am-4pm & Friday 7am-3pm, (our out of office service is available until 8pm Mon-Fri)

Weekly cleans: typical hourly rate of £16.50 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours per clean to give the cleaner the best opportunity to leave your home sparkling!

Fortnightly cleans: typical hourly rate of £20.00 per hour, minimum of 2 hours per clean. Fortnightly cleans are only available Monday-Thursday.

Please note that we do not currently offer one off cleans, end of tenancy cleans, deep cleans or Air BnB cleaning services.

Q. How do you know if your domestic cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?
A. We personally interview and reference check all the cleaners introduced to our clients. We have strict criteria for those we allow to work with our clients because we look for certain important things such as reliability and a professional attitude towards the job. Cleaners are interviewed for suitability within their own homes to check personal standards and they are reference and ID checked .You can be sure that whoever we introduce you to will be someone you can have confidence in.

Q. Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
A: Of course! If you would like to meet your cleaner before they start then that can be arranged.

Q. Do I get the same cleaner every week?
A. Yes, your cleaner will get to know your requirements and your home to make the best use of the time they are there.

Q. Do I need to be at home when the cleaner is there?
No, there is no requirement for you to be present whilst the cleans are taking place.

Q. When do the house cleans happen?
All of our domestic cleans take place from Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Q. Who supplies the cleaning products?
Your cleaner will use your products that you already have available in your home. This keeps our prices down but it also means the cleaner is using only products that you would want in your home. Some clients are very environmentally aware, some clients don't like certain cleaning product smells etc. It also ensures only the correct products are used in your home for special items such as antique furniture or marble worktops, for example.

Q. I have pets – is this a problem?
No problem at all!

Q. What if I am not happy with my cleaner for any reason?
Just let us know and we will sort something out for you as we have many excellent cleaners on hand to introduce you to. We would rather you let us know and we introduce you to the perfect cleaner for you.

Q. Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
A. Yes! We are insured up to £2 million pounds. Please note that to keep prices competitive there is an excess of £100.00 on all claims.

Q. How do I pay my cleaner?
A. The cleaner will charge you directly and you can pay either by cash or bank transfer.

Q. How quick can you get a cleaner arranged?
A. A cleaner can be arranged very quickly for you! We do try to match you with a cleaner that fits your specific requirements though so this can take a little longer. But we should have you up and running within 7 days, 10 days at most, and usually most clients have met their cleaner within two to three days of signing up.

Q - I would like to start using your cleaner services, what do I do now?
A. Contact us by phone, email or by using the 'Request a Callback' feature on our web page. We then contact you, via telephone, take some details and arrange to visit you. We make the process as straightforward as possible and there are no long forms to fill out - a phone call or email to us and a short visit is all it takes to get you started with your own Time For You cleaner.
