Q. How much does it cost ?
A. £11.95 per hour for weekly cleans (minimum of 2 hours ),£13.95 per hour for fortnightly cleans (minimum of 3 hours ) *Fortnightly available Mon-Wed only*
A. We personally interview and reference check all the cleaners we introduce to our clients. We have a strict set of criteria for those we allow to work with our clients because we look for certain important things, such as reliability and a professional attitude towards the job. We make a point of interviewing cleaners for suitability within their own homes to check personal standards and all cleaners are reference checked and as well as police checked*. You can be sure that whoever we introduce you to will be someone you can have confidence in.
Q. How quick can you get a cleaner arranged?
A. A cleaner can be arranged very quickly for you! We do try to match you with a cleaner that fits your specific requirements though so this can sometimes take a little longer. Typically, we should have you up and running within 7 days (10 days at most) and usually most clients have met their cleaner within two to three days of signing up.
Q. Would I get the same cleaner each week?
A. Yes. This way your cleaner will get to know your requirements and your home to make the best use of the time they are there.
Q. How do I pay my cleaner?
A. The cleaner will charge you directly. You can pay either by cash or bank transfer
Q. What if I am not happy with my cleaner?
Simply let us know and we will sort something out for you - we have many excellent cleaners on hand to introduce you to. We would rather you let us know and we introduce you to the perfect cleaner for you.
Q. Is there a minimum number of hours for a clean?
A. Yes, two hours is our minimum. This allows the cleaner the best opportunity to leave your home sparkling!
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes! We are insured up to £2million. (Please note that to keep prices competitive there is an excess of £100.00 on all claims.)
Q. Who supplies the cleaning products?
Your cleaner will use your products that you have available in your home. This keeps our prices down but also means the cleaner is using only products that you would want in your home. This caters to our clients individual tastes as e.g. some clients are very environmentally aware, some clients don't like certain cleaning product smells etc. It also ensures only the correct products are used in your home for special items e.g.antique furniture or marble worktops.
