We'll speak with you to understand your house cleaning needs and this will allow us to match you with the best cleaner and service for your home. Your cleaner will be carefully vetted by ourselves, they will be the same cleaner every time and they will be insured against accidental damage. You'll also get the opportunity to meet your carefully selected domestic cleaner before they start.

How do you know if your domestic cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?
We vet our cleaners thoroughly by checking references and getting a police and criminal record check prior to taking on a cleaner.

Can I meet my cleaner before they start?
Yes. Prior to a cleaner commencing work at your property, you get to meet your cleaner first to go through what work is required and to gain an understanding of whether the cleaner can meet your expectations.

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes once a cleaner is introduced to yourself this will be your dedicated cleaner on weekly or fortnightly bases.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
This is entirely up to you. If you want you can entrust you cleaner with a key or you can provide a key safe at your property where you cleaner can let themselves in and complete the works required. Our cleaners are aware that they may have to clean a property without having the homeowner present. This is part of the reason we go through rigorous vetting procedures in the beginning.

When do the house cleans happen?
The house cleans will happen when you request them to happen. You choose the day and time when you want the clean to take place.

Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?
To avoid cross-contamination our cleaners do not bring their own cleaning equipment. This will be supplied by yourself the householder. This is also because you as the householder may have a personal choice in what products you want your house to be cleaned with. The only thing we don't recommend our cleaner using is bleach as this could potentially cause damage if not used correctly.

I have pets, is this a problem?
Having pets is not a problem. We will ensure prior to meeting your cleaner that your designated cleaner doesn't have a problem with pets.

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
If you are not happy with the quality of the work we advise that contact the cleaner to discuss your concerns. If you feel uncomfortable doing this you can always contact me to discuss the issue in hand.

Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
Yes your cleans are insured for anything over £100
