• Your cleaner is interviewed in their own home and are requested to provide two references to ensure they match our high standards.
• You will have the same reliable, high quality, efficient cleaner each week to ensure they are aware of your domestic cleaning needs in your home.
• Your cleaner will use your cleaning equipment and materials to stop cross contamination between each household.
• Before the cleaning takes place we will arrange for you to meet your domestic cleaner for your approval. This enables you and your cleaner to discuss your domestic cleaning requirements such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping or ironing. 
• Each clean is insured for accidental damage with typical rates starting at £11.50 per hour weekly or £12.50 per hour for a fortnightly clean (minimum 2 hours)
