We have an average lead time of around 2 weeks for cleaner to be introduced to you. Generally this is a lot quicker and we will keep you regularly updated with progress
For a weekly clean we have a minimum of 2 hours, fortnightly is 3 hours.
Will I get the same cleaner every week?
Yes. You will get the same dedicated cleaner to carry out your weekly cleaning for you. That way you will know who is coming into your home each week and your cleaner will be able to work out a routine with you as to what you would like doing on each visit.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! We have public liability insurance cover up to £2 million pounds for accidental damage by your cleaner. Please be aware there is an excess of £100 on all claims for which you are responsible for. The insurance cover is offered in the event of any major incidents of damage
Who provides products and equipment?
Your cleaner will clean your home with products and equipment supplied by you, so that you are happy with what is being used in your home. This also helps to prevent any risk of cross contamination. Please note, we strongly advise against the use of bleach based products as this is not covered by our public liability insurance
Do I have to be home whilst my cleaner cleans?
Not at all! Ideally you will be home for the first clean so you can show them around and talk through what / how you would like things done. If this is not possible, you can arrange to meet your cleaner beforehand to discuss this and arrange access for going forward.
Can the cleaning tasks be flexible?
Yes. Unless instructed by you otherwise, your cleaner will do the same general clean each week or fortnight. However, the cleaning service is completely flexible - feel free to request different tasks each week. This can include ironing, bed changing, etc if required. You may use your cleaning time as you wish!
Do you clean homes if there are pets?
Of course. Many of the cleaners we work with love animals! Before putting them in touch with you we will ensure that your cleaner is comfortable with the type of pet(s) in your home!
What happens if my cleaner is sick or on holiday?
Your cleaner will give you and us notice of any holidays and we will offer a cover cleaner when possible if you request one. If your cleaner is ever sick on the day of the clean, the same applies. However, with the latter we may not be able to arrange a cover clean for the same day. Although we will always endeavour to do so where possible, we may need flexibility on the day and time for your cover clean
What happens if I am not happy with my cleaner for any reason?
Following your first clean we will contact you for some feedback on how everything went. If for any reason you are not happy with your cleaner we will do all we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We work with a number of vetted local cleaners so are confident we will be able to find someone that meets your needs quickly!
