Your Pay and Hours

Your rate is agreed directly with the homeowner, and you’ll be paid after each clean. The client will provide all cleaning products and equipment, so you don’t need to worry about bringing your own.

You’re in control of your schedule. You choose the hours that suit your lifestyle, and we’ll match you with clients that fit around you. As you build relationships and demonstrate your reliability and high standards, you can grow your hours over time.

Whether you’re looking for just a few hours or something more regular, it’s completely up to you.

The Set Up

Your role will involve high-quality cleaning, including tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, and sometimes bed making or ironing (if agreed with the client).

You’ll visit the same clients each week or fortnight. This helps you get familiar with their home, build a routine, and create a strong, trusting relationship.

You’ll also manage your own schedule. If you ever need to rearrange a clean, you’ll speak directly with your client to reschedule. This helps maintain consistency for them and keeps your income steady, while also building trust and reliability.

We are also here to offer cover for your cleint should you be unable to rearrange.

What’s Important to Us

We’re looking for people who want something long-term, not just a short-term stop gap.

Reliability is key. Your clients depend on you, and being consistent means you’ll keep and grow your hours. If reliability becomes an issue, clients may request someone else.

Clear and prompt communication is something we really value. Keeping in touch with both us and your clients helps everything run smoothly and opens up more opportunities for you.

Honesty is essential. If you already have a DBS or police check (dated within the last two years), we’ll ask to see it. If not, we’ll ask if you’re happy to apply for one (a one-off cost of £25), and we’ll guide you through the process. Many clients request this for peace of mind, and having one can help you access more work.
