Yes you can ! We will always ask what your preferences are and our cleaners will be introduced to you before your first home clean.
How do you know if your Domestic Cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?
All of our cleaners have been interviewed in their own home, vetted, reference checked and police checked*. We would not introduce a cleaner to you that we would not have clean our own home. It is our job to find the right match for you and we take great pride in this!
Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?
The cleaners will use your cleaning products and equipment - one of the main reasons for this is to prevent any cross contamination and it also gives you the freedom to chose what products and materials are used in your Home.
I have pets, is this a problem?
This is absolutely fine. When we interview cleaners, we check if cleaners have any phobias, allergies or preferences around working with pets. We will ensure that if you have pets we match you with a cleaner whom is comfortable to clean around your pets.
Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
As our professional cleaners are thoroughly vetted to ensure we provide an honest and reliable service, they are more than happy to work when you are out. This is something we can discuss further when you meet your cleaner.
