Our Domestic Cleaning Service

We aim to offer our clients flexible, affordable and tailored house cleaning services to match your individual cleaning requirements. 

We offer both fortnightly and weekly house cleaning.

If required, your cleaner can also help you with your ironing, bed linen changing and other household chores.

Your cleaner will use your own cleaning products and equipment as this is more hygienic and means all the products used are ones that you like.

Each clean is also insured against accidental damage, providing you with complete peace of mind.

Pricing and Opening Hours

Our typical hourly rate for a weekly house cleaning is £15.50 per hour (min. 2 hours per clean)
Our typical hourly rate for a fortnightly house cleaning - £16.95 per hour (min 3 hours per clean)

Monday - Friday : 8am - 8pm
Saturday: 9am - 2pm

How do you know if your domestic cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?
All of our cleaners go through a rigorous recruitment process and only 2% of applicants are successful.  Its important I get this right for you.  I personally vet all of our cleaners in their own home before matching them to our clients and obtain a police check.

            Can I meet my cleaner before they start
Yes of course.

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes you will have the same cleaner each week and I will manage the supply of your cleaning.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
No, we can clean whilst you're at work,shopping etc.

When do the house cleans happen?
Usually our cleans happen during the day, Monday - Friday.

I have pets, is this a problem?
No this is not a problem lots of our cleaners have pets and are used to working in homes with pets.

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
Please give me a call and we can agree a suitable resolution - we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service.

Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
Yes, all of our cleans are insured.
