We introduce fully vetted and reference checked local efficient domestic cleaners who have been interviewed in their own home to take care of your cleaning and ironing needs. You have the same reliable cleaner each visit.
At Time For You we understand how important your home is to you so before we introduce a local vetted cleaner we visit you at your home to discuss your requirements.
This may include any of the following;
General weekly house cleaning and polishing
Bathrooms and kitchen cleaning
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Changing bed linen, loading and unloading laundry machine / tumble dryer

The hourly rate you pay your cleaner is the same rate whatever weekly cleaning services they provide. You just buy the hours you need for the cleaner to carry out all the cleaning tasks you require to your complete satisfaction. All we ask is for a minimum of two hours per weekly visit. Our competitive rate is typically £9.99 per hour.
We also offer the following house services
· One off cleans
· Spring cleans
· End or start of tenancy cleans
One off cleans, spring cleans and end of tenancy cleans are charged at £15.00 per hour.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What insurance do you have?
We have £2,000,000 of Public Indemnity Insurance which covers breakages and damage caused by the cleaner during the cleaning task.
All the cleaning tasks carried out in your home are fully insured.
“What if I have an allergy or sensitivity to some cleaning product”?
At Time For You we understand that someone in a household may be sensitive to some of the cleaning products available. We are also aware of the reluctance by many of our clients to have a cleaner arrive with equipment, cloths and cleaning products used in another house. To give you total control over allergy or sensitivity related issues your cleaner will only use the equipment and products you provide. This also reduces the likelihood of bringing germs or viruses into your home on equipment or cloths used at another house
“Do I meet the cleaner you introduce before they start”?
Yes if you wish.
With your consent we will interview, fully vet, take two references and select a reliable efficient local cleaner who is happy to provide the highest level of service to you. We will ask the cleaner to contact you prior to any proposed staring date to agree with you your requirements and visit you at your home. You have the final say on cleaner selection.
“Will I have the same cleaner each time”?
Once we have selected and you have agreed to your cleaner the same cleaner will provide the services required on the days agreed. This gives you peace of mind that your home is in the same safe hands whether you are there or attending to other things

“What if my requirements change or I need my cleaner for more hours”?
If your requirements change in so much that you want to temporarily substitute one cleaning task for another your cleaner will be happy to discuss this with you and agree on the new requirements.
If you require more hours just ring us and we will take care of any arrangements necessary for insurance purposes.
“What if I’m not happy with my cleaner, they go on holiday or cannot attend due to sickness”?
In the unlikely event of you not being happy with your cleaner we will find you another cleaner.
If your cleaner is sick on the day they should attend your cleaner may arrange to call on a different day to make up for the lost clean. If the period of sickness is going to be more that a few days then we can arrange a temporary alternative on your request. Just let us know.
Similarly with holidays your cleaner might agree to use their usual hours before their holiday or on their return. Otherwise we can introduce another cleaner to cover for the period your regular cleaner is unavailable. The final choice is yours.
