Our Domestic Cleaning Service

Our goal is to match you with a local, experienced and reliable domestic cleaner so that you can spend more time doing the things you love. The good news for you is that we’re very good at what we do.

We offer both Weekly House Cleaning and Fortnightly House Cleaning at a time that is convenient for you.

We will personally visit you at your home to get to know you and understand your house cleaning requirements. We will then arrange a convenient time for you to meet your carefully selected domestic cleaner. If required, your cleaner can also help you with your ironing, bed linen changes and other household chores.

Pricing and Opening Hours

We are open Monday – Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays 9am - 2pm

Our typical hourly rate for a weekly house clean is £15.50 per hour (minimum of 2 hours per clean).

Our typical hourly rate for a fortnightly house clean is £16.95 per hour (min of 3 hours per clean)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do you know if your domestic cleaner is trustworthy and an excellent house cleaner?
All of our cleaners go through a rigorous recruitment process and only 2% of applicants are successful.  Its important I get this right for you.  I personally vet all of our cleaners in their own home before matching them to our clients and obtain a police check.

Can I meet my cleaner before they start
Yes of course.

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes you will have the same cleaner each week and I will manage the supply of your cleaning.

Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
No, we can clean whilst you're at work,shopping etc.

When do the house cleans happen?
Usually our cleans happen during the day, Monday - Friday.

I have pets, is this a problem?
No this is not a problem, lots of our cleaners have pets and are used to working in homes with pets.

What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
Please give me a call and we can agree a suitable resolution - we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service.

Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
Yes, all of our cleans are insured.
