What do I do if I am ill or going on holiday?

When you join us, you will receive two text templates for you to use to text clients if you are 1). ill or 2). going on holiday. You need to update your Client who stands to miss their clean due to illness/going away and initially offer to reschedule. This keeps your income regular and the cleaning service consistent. If rescheduling is not an option, please ask your Client to email Head Office, as per the text templates.
TFY will work to place a cover cleaner for you if you can’t rearrange the clean with the client – this does require flexibility from them, as your regular slot with them will probably not be viable.
