What happens if the client is ill or going on holiday?

The client needs to give fair warning also, and if the clean is cancelled due to illness, they need to make us aware at their earliest convenience and we will advise you asap or indeed they may advise you before TFY, in which case, we will need to be made aware.
The hours that they missed are ‘banked’ for use at another time. This may mean that they would like a deeper clean than usual, e.g., internal windows, woodwork wipe down, or kitchen cupboards etc.
Let TFY know of any hours you may be free to give us an opportunity to offer you a cover clean elsewhere.
If they are going on holiday, the client may well still want you to attend, and may provide you with a key (client’s decision).
