All cleaners are interviewed and reference checked in their own homes personally by ourselves.
Absolutely – we thoroughly recommend this so you can see if you like the cleaner and feel they would be the right person to come and clean your home for you.
Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes. Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being able to provide this service for our clients.
Do I need to be in when the cleaner is working?
Is there a minimum contract?
Three months. Following this a one-month notice period is in place.
When do the house cleans happen?
As you arrange directly with your cleaner.
Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products?
Not usually. They will use your products and equipment. This is in order to keep the price of the cleaning down and to avoid any cross contamination between houses and our insurance.
I have pets, is this a problem?
No, some of our cleaners also have pets. We will match you with a cleaner who understands your needs with regards to your pets.
What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of the work?
We are always here to help. This is why you pay us a management fee. We will address any issue should it occur and get you a replacement cleaner should this be the desired outcome of a cleaner not living up to expectations with regards to the quality of their cleaning.
Are my cleans insured against accidental damage?
Yes, the clean is insured against accidental damage. Insurance is included within the management fee. There is however a £100 excess to be paid by the householder in the unfortunate event of a claim.
