HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our hourly rates are highly competitive and contain NO HIDDEN EXTRAS, ensuring you receive top-quality cleaning services at an affordable price. We offer a range of cleaning services to suit your needs, including:

🧹 Weekly cleaning £18.50 (minimum 2 hours)
🧹 Fortnightly cleaning £22.50 (minimum 3 hours) 

Please note: We do not provide One-Off, Deep, End of Tenancy, or Holiday Let Cleaning Services. Availability and rates may vary for villages & rural locations, this can be confirmed on your enquiry.
** Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Full terms are available on request. It can't be used with our Fortnightly Cleans service.

1️⃣ HOW DO I KNOW IF THE DOMESTIC CLEANER IS TRUSTWORTHY? DO YOU VET YOUR CLEANERS?
Very thoroughly and very carefully! Following receipt of the written application, suitable candidates are interviewed on the phone. Cleaners passing this stage then have a face-to-face interview in their own home. During this interview we perform ID checks, gather reference details and of course ask several cleaning related questions. For those who pass this stage we then perform reference checks, where possible speaking directly to the referees so we can ask further questions to assess the cleaner’s suitability. Once that's all complete, we then make a final decision whilst asking ourselves the important question, would we be happy for them to clean our own home.
2️⃣ DO I MEET MY CLEANER BEFORE THEY START?
Yes, as standard practice we advise all cleaners that they must be prepared to visit a client beforehand.  We find this invaluable, for both parties. The cleaner will visit you before commencing, discuss your requirements and familiarise themselves with your home.  This also ensures you are both comfortable with each other.  Many of our clients are working professionals and request their cleaner to have a key on their behalf, so, again, this can be facilitated at this pre clean meeting.  Other clients, who may be in their home when the cleaner calls, are happy for the cleaner to simply arrive a short time earlier on the first clean day and discuss their needs then carry out the clean. It is up to you, what you would like to happen.
3️⃣ WILL I HAVE THE SAME CLEANER EACH WEEK?
Absolutely, we don’t believe in sending a different cleaner every week.
Our whole ethos is that you are introduced to a cleaner who will be dedicated to you each week. This allows you to build up trust and a good relationship with your cleaner, helping to ensure that they will work in the long term more efficiently and work under their own initiative should you prefer them to.
4️⃣ DO I NEED TO BE IN WHEN THE CLEANER IS WORKING?
This is a personal choice of yours.
Your cleaner will be happy to clean if you are present in the house, working around you and to your needs. Most cleaners due the hectic lifestyles of their clients are key holders and clean when their clients are not in, however, the flexibility is there for you to have the control, in whichever way you feel most comfortable.
5️⃣ WHAT IF MY CLEANER MISSES A CLEAN?
Time for You Vale of Glamorgan & Bridgend communicates to our cleaners how important reliability is to you. When cleaners know that they will not be available on a specific date, we aim to provide temporary cover at your request.
6️⃣ WHO SUPPLIES THE CLEANING PRODUCTS?
The cleaners will use your cleaning products and equipment, giving you the freedom to choose what products and materials are used in your Home.
Please Note a NON-BLEACH Policy is strictly adhered to.
7️⃣ WHEN WOULD MY HOUSE CLEANS HAPPEN?
The cleaning can take place when you want it to.
It can be a daily, weekly or fortnightly clean. Selecting the day, you would like your cleaning to take place. We will introduce you to a cleaner that meets with your own individual requirements.
8️⃣ WHAT WORK WILL THE CLEANER NOT UNDERTAKE?
Cleaners cannot take on any tasks outside the house, such as external window cleaning, gardening and walking dogs. Similarly, they are not insured to undertake any childcare or cooking duties.
9️⃣ WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK?
Simply let us know, we will do all we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Firstly, to provide the relevant feedback to the cleaner, however, if this does not remedy the situation, then we have a large database of approved and vetted domestic cleaners, one of whom should meet your needs perfectly.

Yes, we love pets and always ask our cleaners if they are happy to work in properties with Cats/Dogs/Birds etc. Many of our existing clients are animal lovers and we're pretty sure we've seen just about every variety of pet there is!
1️⃣1️⃣ ARE MY CLEANS INSURED AGAINST ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE?
We are insured for up to £2 million pounds against the cleaner damaging your property accidentally. Please note, an insurance excess of £100 applies on all claims.
